The main activity of Stepnogorsk Chemical Plant is the production of mineral fertilizers (ammophos).

Management is the general management of all divisions of the branch in terms of the volume and quality of work performed.

The production shop of extraction phosphoric acid is the production of extraction phosphoric acid by decomposition of phosphorites with sulfuric acid by a dihydrate method for the production of mineral fertilizers.

The workshop for the production of mineral fertilizers is the production of complex granular nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer — ammophos, from extraction phosphoric acid.

Transport section — ensures the smooth operation of vehicles for servicing plant units, loading and unloading wagons with finished products.

Instrumentation and Control Service — provides uninterrupted operation of automatic process control systems, repair and maintenance of control and measuring devices engaged in the production process.

Mechanical repair shop - performs maintenance and current repairs of its own technological equipment.

Repair and construction site — carries out a complex of measures for the repair of buildings and structures, as well as repair work at the request of workshops.

Health center — the main task of the health center is to provide first aid for occupational injuries, injuries, diseases; pre-shift medical examination of employees is carried out.

Sanitary inspection — performs cleaning, washing and repair of overalls, safety shoes; cleans office and industrial premises, maintains showers.

GP Control and Quality Service — provides laboratory control of compliance with the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, current standards, specifications and approved technological instructions; monitors working conditions and environmental protection at the enterprise.
